About the association
TransFARMation Deutschland e.V. supports farms that currently produce eggs, milk or meat products in their further development towards sustainable agriculture without the use of animals.
To this end, the non-profit association provides support in developing visions and concepts, financial planning, setting up marketing structures, public relations work and networking, and advises on cultivation issues. The team builds on the experience gained in Switzerland, where over 150 farms have already been able to transFARM over the last five years.
I want my children to grow up in a world where no one tells them that they are wrong and that the empathy and affection they naturally feel for animals is wrong because they are just animals. I want to see them run around the pasture laughing and be able to tell their cows that they will come back to play tomorrow and that nothing and nobody will harm them.
Why we fund
TransFARMation links different levels of change with each other:
Farm conversions can directly save animals.
At the same time, the chain is interrupted, preventing the exploitation of many more generations of animals.
By stopping post-production, livestock numbers are directly reduced.
By switching to the cultivation of plant-based foods, land is directly made available for human use again.
At the same time, there is a strong interaction with consumers. Who could report more credibly on the suffering and problems of the animal industry than the farmers themselves? Conversely, the ever-growing support in society also encourages further conversions.
There is also an interaction with other farmers who are inspired by the other conversions because they identify with their peers. It is therefore a movement that is developing transformative political potential through increasing success and awareness.
In this way, the agricultural turnaround, which must happen on a large scale, can already be implemented and made tangible and tangible through concrete lighthouse projects.

What we fund
The Stiftung Zukunftjetzt! supports the TransFARMation through direct donations to the association, which makes the advice, support and public relations work possible in the first place. In addition, funding is provided for selected farm conversions.
Together with farmers, we can make a positive vision of the future a reality in which humans and animals coexist peacefully. A world in which there is enough living space and food for everyone and in which plant-based food is produced in a healthy and sustainable way without animals being exploited.
